These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the web platform polxudo.com, operated by Polxudo SpA. By using our services, you accept these terms in their entirety.
1. Operator Identification

2. Service Description
Polxudo operates a digital real estate crowdlending platform that allows users to participate in the collective financing of construction and urban development projects in Chile. The platform acts as an intermediary between investors and real estate developers.
3. Participation Requirements
To use the platform, you must: be at least 18 years old; reside in Chile or have a legal representative in Chilean territory; have a valid RUT; provide truthful and up-to-date information; accept identity verification procedures in accordance with current regulations.
4. Registration and User Account
Registration requires creating an account with verifiable personal data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials. Any activity carried out with your account is considered to have been performed by you. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.
5. Nature of Investments
Investments made through Polxudo carry risks inherent to the real estate market. Past returns do not guarantee future results. Polxudo does not guarantee the profitability of any project. Before investing, we recommend evaluating your financial situation and consulting with an independent advisor.
6. User Obligations
The user agrees to: use the platform lawfully and in accordance with these terms; not engage in activities that may damage, disable, or overload the technological infrastructure; not attempt to access restricted areas of the system; provide truthful information in all interactions with the platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, including texts, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Polxudo SpA or its licensors and is protected by Chilean and international intellectual property law. Reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Polxudo shall not be liable for: losses arising from investments made through the platform; service interruptions due to causes beyond our control; errors in information provided by third parties; indirect, consequential damages or loss of expected profits. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount of fees actually charged.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the service after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of Justice of Santiago, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may apply.
